Rimington Recreation Association was formed as a registered charity in 1977 to provide sports and community facilities to Rimington, Middop and adjacent areas.
The facility is funded on an entirely voluntary basis and provides the following
facilities :-
• Changing Rooms
• All weather play deck providing football pitch and two tennis courts.
• Children’s play area and fort
• Football pitch
• Cricket Pitch
The 100 Club monthly draw provides the core income to fund the facility. At a cost
